Shoot Production

I handle the full production behind your shoot, from sourcing photographers and videographers to location scouting and content strategy support. With detailed shoot sheets and hands on running of the day, you can focus on the bigger picture while I manage the details.

What’s included in the Shoot Production Package

Perfect for brands who need someone to take ownership of the entire shoot process, from creating clear shoot sheets and booking the right photographers and videographers, to securing the location and keeping things moving on the day.

  • I'm on set running the day itself, keeping everything on schedule and everyone aligned, so the shoot runs smoothly from start to finish.

  • I find and secure the right location for your shoot, one that fits your brand and mood, saving you the time and guesswork. Location hire cost is not included and will be added to your final cost.

  • I source and book the right photographers and videographers for your shoot, matching skill and style to what your brand needs. Freelancer fees are separate and will be invoiced directly by them.

  • I put together clear, detailed shoot sheets so everyone on set knows exactly what's being shot, when, and how, keeping the day organised and on schedule.

  • I work with your content team to understand what they need, then help shape the shoot strategy so what's captured works hard for you afterwards across your channels.

  • After the shoot, I support the handover of all content from freelancers, including selecting the right images to be edited. Editing costs are separate and will be invoiced directly with the photographer/ videographer.
